Whether by telemarketing, direct mail or E-commerce- the OFFICE 1 system provides a convenient and low cost source of office products delivered to businesses at their doorstep.
Under the classic retail franchise system, a master franchisee is appointed and launches a first store to serve as a model. The master franchisee also handles national deliveries and creates a network of retail sub-franchisees. The Office 1 sub-franchisee sells from an attractive and centrally located stationery store and delivers orders placed by phone or on the web. The retail stores create a positive and professional image and serve as mini delivery and warehouse centers.
In the more developed markets of Western Europe, Virtual Master Franchisees or Joint Venture Partners are appointed. They sell exclusively on the web and select a logistics supplier to handle stock and deliver orders to customers. Later E-Franchisees are appointed and operate stockless and without a need for retail stores utilizing the OFFICE 1 web platform as an "Office 1 e-shop".
